Description

Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 are high-performance, multi-purpose greases, specifically designed for the lubrication of food processing machinery. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 greases are formulated with components meeting the requirements of Chapter 21 CFR 178.3570 and are NSF H1 registered. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 greases are manufactured in ISO 22000 certified facilities and also meet ISO 21469 requirements, contributing to the highest level of product quality.

Food processing machines often operate under a wide variety of operating conditions, characterized by extreme temperatures (ovens and freezers) as well as a high degree of contamination from water, steam and cleaning agents. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 greases are versatile and provide excellent lubrication under all of the above conditions. In addition, they have excellent water resistance and can withstand the periodic rinsing and cleaning operations often used in the process industry. Corrosion protection is essential in the food industry. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 are formulated with an excellent corrosion inhibiting additive package that, together with water washout protection, provides corrosion protection. The combination of selected base oils with a highly shear-resistant thickener provides adequate lubrication over a wide range of speeds, loads and temperatures. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 greases operate over a wide load range, providing adequate anti-wear protection also under shock loading conditions.

Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 meet the following requirements:

- NSF H1 registration

- DIN 51825 KPF1K -20 (for Mobilgrease FM 101)

- DIN 51825 KPF2K -20 (for Mobilgrease FM 222)

- Kosher / Parwe

- Halal

Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 do not contribute to MOAH in food when used in accordance with FDA FDA 21CFR178.3570 restrictions.
