LOCTITE 97009 - Integrated Semiautomatic Glue Dispensing System

LOCTITE 97009 is a semiautomatic integrated glue dispenser that allows you to easily and efficiently dispense glue directly from larger bottles. The device is equipped with an advanced controller for digital time adjustment for an automatic manual applicator or any LOCTITE dispensing machine. It is recommended to be used with the LOCTITE 97121 Pinch Valve or LOCTITE 97130 LV handheld applicator. The dispensing is started with the foot switch LOCTITE 97201.

LOCTITE 97009 The integrated semi-automatic system can be operated continuously for drop dispensing applications. It also allows you to set the dispensing time from 0.1 to 99.9 seconds.

LOCTITE 97009 integrated semi-automatic system is a product with many advantages. Equipped with a precision pressure regulator with a range from 0.1 to 4 bar (2-60 psi), the device prevents fluctuations in air pressure, which translates into effective and reliable dosing. The use of an integrated design ensures space-saving and simple configuration. The semi-automatic integrated adhesive dispenser is equipped with a level sensor to indicate an empty tank, as well as a timer-controlled solenoid valve for the pneumatically actuated applicator. The equipment also provides freedom of operation. The controller can be activated with the proximity switch, finger switch or foot switch.
