Properties

Loctite thread sealant is an excellent alternative to traditional methods of sealing pipe threads, such as hemp or Teflon tape. The unique method of dispensing directly from the container makes work much easier and faster. The product can be used on both metal and plastic threads. It has approvals for contact with drinking water, can be used in gas installations.

User instructions

  1. Clean thread with a wire brush
  2. Hold the end of the thread on the male thread, approximately two strokes from the end
  3. Apply the thread crosswise to the thread. The amount depends on the size of the thread
  4. Assemble the connection

Storage

Store in a dry and cool place at temperatures between +8ºC and 21°C. If the product is stored in a place with temperatures other than recommended, the product may irreversibly lose all of its properties. Do not put the leftover product back into the original packaging, as this could contaminate the entire product.
