Loctite Digital semi-automatic peristaltic dispenser

The peristaltic movement of the rotor ensures volumetric dispensing of material directly from a bottle or similar container and does not require the use of an air source.
This dispenser empties the product bin completely, eliminating waste and preventing spillage. |
Table top peristaltic dispensers provide precise volumetric delivery of one-component cyanoacrylate, UV and anaerobic binders, solvent-free and oil-free activators (viscosity up to about 5000 mPas).
This device is primarily intended for manual workstations, but can also be integrated into automatic production lines.
The exact amount of product can be set and high repeatability is guaranteed. There are four feed line size options.
For UV curable glue choose black tube. The table-top peristaltic dispenser is a stepper motor controlled volumetric system.
The system integrates an electronic motor controller with a 9-pin I / O connector with the option of a foot pedal or PLC communication.
The device provides digital control of the dispensing time, smoothly adjusting suction flow.
