Equipment Description

The LOCTITE® LV Handheld Applicator is an air-operated, adjustable seat valve designed for use in conjunction with pressure-time dispensing systems. Suitable for use with a wide range of Loctite low viscosity products, including cyanoacrylates. The valve body and spindle are made of PTFE to prevent premature hardening. This valve is capable of delivering very small droplet sizes even with low viscosity products.

Dispenses cyanoacrylates and low viscosity anaerobes below 10,000 cP.
Slim, ergonomic design significantly reduces hand fatigue.
Closed front prevents air entrapment and the potential premature curing cyanoacrylates.
Stroke adjustment to fine tune dispensing characteristics for droplet sizes up to 0.005 g.
Easy repair / replacement of wetted parts.
The valve body and spindle are PTFE to prevent premature curing
