MELKIB TRANSPARENT two-component, transparent acrylic adhesive for plexiglass, polycarbonate, plastics and metal.
Description
MELKIB TRANSPAENT transparent, methacrylate two-component adhesive, mixed in a 1:1 ratio, intended for gluing plexiglass, polycarbonate, plastics and metal, bonding with high structural and strength.
A particular advantage of the product is that it is suitable for bonding various composites without the need for a primer for space pretreatment. It has excellent resistance to impact, peel, pressure and post-react fatigue, meaning it will meet the multi-layer demands of assembly and industrial applications. It is characterized by thermal and chemical stability, resistance to weather conditions and high impact resistance. The adhesive has also gained its use in gluing stone, wood, thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics and metals.
Properties:
- Cures quickly (curing time approx. 3 minutes) with high flexibility
- Quickly hardens at room temperature
- Thanks to its high strength, it allows for rigid connections of various plastics
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Has thixotropic properties
- Easy application even on the most uneven surfaces
- Impact and mechanical resistance
- Helps to conveniently finish processing such as painting, sanding and drilling.
- Perfectly makes connections that affect the aesthetics of the product
