Properties of Transol CLP 220
- protection of gear components such as bearings, gears against degradation due to operation and shock loads
- anti-corrosion protection of steel and non-ferrous metal gear structures against compounds formed as a result of oxidation of oil components and active additives themselves
- stable operation, long-term operation even at high temperatures without lowering and losing its properties
- a special package of additives prevents the formation of foam and emulsification of oil, which reduce the parameters of gear oils
Transol CLP 220 is a product for use in heavily loaded industrial mechanical gearboxes, which are often subjected to shock loads, e.g. in metallurgy, construction, cement plants, lifts, shipbuilding, machine tools, turbines, paper industry, etc.
The product is intended for use at temperatures up to 120oC, in places requiring oils with EP additives that increase the resistance of the lubricating coating to extreme loads.
It can be used in gearboxes exposed to aggressive environmental factors, such as water vapor, corrosive gases, changing temperatures.
