Turbinex TU 46 turbine oil for lubrication and cooling of steam and water turbine bearings, oxidation resistance, low viscosity, abrasion protection
Description
Turbinex TU 46 is an innovative, high-quality turbine oil, specially developed for use in steam, gas and water turbines. It contains a unique blend of synthetic and mineral base oils and additives that provide excellent anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties. With this product, higher standards of performance, reliability and protection are achieved for a variety of turbine systems.
Properties:
- Excellent resistance to oxidation, which allows for extended drain intervals
- Effective protection against wear, reducing the risk of failure and extending the life of the turbines
- Exceptional water separation, which provides protection against corrosion and lowers energy consumption
- Low oil viscosity, allows easy start-up of turbines at low temperatures and increases work efficiency
- Thermal and hydrological stability, thanks to which allows you to maintain the properties of the oil in difficult operating conditions
Applications:
- Steam turbines
- Gas turbines
- Water turbines
- Turbine systems of various designs
- Turbines operating in difficult conditions
Storage method:
- Store in tightly closed, original containers, away from sources of heat, light and moisture
- Store between -10°C and +40°C
- Avoid contact with water and impurities that may affect the quality of the oil
- Regularly check the condition of containers and the tightness of packaging to avoid leakage or exposure to harmful external factors
