Order delivery
We deliver orders throughout the European Union and within Poland. Shipping costs depend on the destination country, shipment type, total order weight and selected payment method.
Whenever possible, the complete order is dispatched as a single shipment, so the customer pays one delivery charge.
European Union
Delivery to EU countries
Cash on delivery is generally unavailable for international shipments. The Czech Republic and Slovakia are an exception and have separate shipping rates shown below.

Shipping prices are stated in PLN. If another currency is selected in the store, the payable amount is converted according to the exchange rate currently configured in the online store.
Non-standard products, including oils, lubricants and chemicals, may be delivered to other EU countries under individually agreed shipping conditions.
International delivery time
Products available from stock are dispatched no later than the next business day. Transit time depends on the destination country and is usually no longer than 3–4 business days.
Czech Republic and Slovakia
Delivery to the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Both prepayment and cash on delivery are available for standard shipments to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

For oils, lubricants, chemicals and other non-standard products, the shipping cost depends on the total shipment weight.

Delivery within Poland
Most standard products available from stock are delivered free of charge for orders exceeding PLN 300 gross.
For non-standard shipments, free delivery applies to orders exceeding PLN 3,000 gross. Shipments containing liquids, including oils, lubricants and coolants, are treated as non-standard shipments and their shipping cost depends on total weight.

Order fulfilment time within Poland
If all products are available from stock, the total order fulfilment time, including delivery, is usually 2–5 business days. For products that are not currently in stock, please contact our store to confirm the expected delivery date.
