Instructions for use
- In order to achieve the best results, clean and degrease all surfaces with the remover Loctite 7063 . Accurate degreasing is essential for the correct gluing of the elements.
- In case the material is inactive metal or the product hardens too slowly, spray LOCTITE® SF 7471 ™ or LOCTITE®
SF 7649 ™ and allow to dry. - Apply a drop of product to the male thread leaving the first thread free. Rub thread sealant into threads to fill voids. For larger threads and spaces, apply more product accordingly, also on female threads.
- Tighten the thread using a wrench.
- Correctly tightened threads will seal immediately, but allow a minimum of 24 hours to dry for complete resistance to pressure and solvents.
Storage
Store in dry and cool rooms. The recommended temperature is between + 8ºC and + 21 ° C. Storage outside the recommended temperature range may irreversibly change the properties of the product. Residual material should not be returned to packaging as this may contaminate the product.
