Separating agents
Construction is largely about combining various materials. At the molecular level, the molecules combine with each other like an injection mold with the element that will be in it and will create a specific shape. However, the connections between the materials are not always beneficial, which is why they are separated with special preparations to make it easier to detach, for example, composites from injection molds.
Our offer includes various types of release agents, both universal adhesives and preparations with a narrower purpose (vinyl release agents). Separating agents are used when it is not desirable for certain materials to stick together. Therefore, we sell efficient and effective means for composites and plastics (for injection molds), thanks to which the separation of the mold from the plastic will take place quickly, easily and without damaging or discoloring both the molds and the plastic.

Let's take an injection mold as an example. Plastics processing agents from our offer are used to cover the mold with a layer of the preparation, which will create a barrier with optimal properties. This barrier will separate the mold from the material, making it easy to separate the material from the mold after the production process is completed.
In order for the injection molds not to stick to the material poured into them (when it dries), they are covered with a special preparation. They are mostly solvent-based. When the mold is covered with the preparation, it will be easier to separate it from the material that will be in it when it has set. The adhesive coating will make it easier to remove and separate the mold without damaging the structure of the element created in it.
What does such a preparation look like? It has two forms. Physical and reactive. The former most often assumes the state of an oily liquid (oil) or wax - applied directly to a given element.
Transparent solvent-based release agents, on the other hand, are colorless as their name implies, so they should not leave any residue when in contact with the mold or plastic or composite. They do not leave traces, primarily because these types of agents have a reactive form. The composition of the product reacts with the material on which the preparation is applied and thus forms a coating.
These types of preparations are susceptible to external factors such as temperature fluctuations or air humidity in the application environment. Their undoubted advantage is that they do not leave any traces on the material.
In addition to the preparations mentioned earlier, i.e. universal adhesive agents, we also offer specialized preparations, for example agents for separating polyester resins or agents for separating epoxides. Our offer also includes a low-viscosity lubricant, adhesive silicone and non-silicone preparations, and other types of separators.
