Maintaining cleanliness during operation is a key factor in increasing productivity. Choosing the right wipers allows for faster and more thorough cleaning and reduces the amount of waste. This is especially important when cleaning sensitive surfaces, e.g. in the electronics, plastics and aviation industries.
Which industrial cleaning cloth to choose?
The most popular cleaning cloths available on the market are paper, non-woven and cotton cloths and a washing system. Cut cotton rags are apparently the cheapest, but they generate a large amount of waste, are of poor quality and can damage the cleaned surface. It does not look aesthetically pleasing. The rags, on the other hand, require regular replacement, cooperation is based on a long-term contract, and a penalty is charged for lost cleaning cloths.

Industrial paper towels
Paper cloths are the most absorbent. It is available in various variants: single-layer, two-layer and three-layer paper towels for the toughest dirt. Cloths made of cellulose are stronger than recycled wipers. Two-layer or three-layer cellulose cloths will be the best choice for tough industrial and workshop soiling. Low-dusting cleaning cloths are also available.
Industrial non-woven cleaning cloth
Non-woven cloth is more durable than paper cloth. It is perfect for cleaning sharp elements, workshop dirt, lubricants, oils and resins. Most of the non-woven cleaning cloths work very well with the most popular solvents, gasoline, acetone, isopropanol and denatured alcohol. Various variants are available: very durable cloths, low-dusting cloths and polishing cloths
