Teflon grease (PTFE) is a modern lubricant combining the advantages of dry and wet lubrication forms. Thanks to microscopic Teflon particles, it creates a thin, durable film with a low friction coefficient on surfaces, working reliably across a wide range of temperatures and loads. Our PTFE greases are perfect where you expect long-lasting protection, mechanism cleanliness, and minimal resistance.
What is Teflon grease and how does it work?
- PTFE Grease is a mixture of base oil or synthetic carrier with polytetrafluoroethylene microbeads.
- Teflon particles penetrate micro-gaps between elements, creating a smooth, durable film reducing friction.
- This film is almost traceless – it does not collect contaminants, dust, or dirt.
- After application, PTFE grease maintains properties in temperatures from –50 °C to +250 °C, depending on the formulation.
