Köratac VC 34 – PVC-U Adhesive 200 ml

Köratac VC 34 is a high-quality, single-component adhesive based on vinyl polymers, designed for fast and reliable connection of elements made of PVC-U (rigid polyvinyl chloride). This product is used in construction and industry, especially in the assembly of pipes, fittings, profiles, gutters and plastic plates. Thanks to its physicochemical properties, it provides aesthetic, durable and resistant to external factors connections.

Application of Köratac VC 34

The product is intended for professional use in:

• connecting PVC-U pipes and fittings in water and sewage installations,
• installing gutters, profiles and plastic finishing strips,
• gluing PVC-U technical boards and casings,
• production and repairs of plastic structures in industry,
• vehicle, trailer, machine and container bodies.

Application and use conditions

• Surfaces must be dry, clean and degreased (recommended agents: Körasolv PU, Helmitin 676/2),
• The adhesive should be applied with a brush – a thin layer on the socket, a thicker layer at the end of the pipe,
• Open time is a maximum of 1 minute – the elements should be joined immediately after application,
• Do not apply mechanical loads for 5 minutes after gluing,
• Pressure tests can be carried out after at least 24 hours,
• In the case of temperatures below +10°C, the bonding time can be extended twice or three times.

Storage recommendations

• Store in original, tightly closed packaging,
• Optimum storage temperature: 15°C – 25°C,
• Protect from high temperatures – shortens shelf life,
• At low temperatures, the viscosity of the product may temporarily increase,
• Use the product within the shelf life indicated on the label.
