Payment for your order
Payment methods available in the Melkib online store
Orders placed in the Melkib online store can be paid for by traditional bank transfer, cash on delivery or an ING Pay online payment. PragmaPay financing may also be available for business orders placed in PLN. Supported methods depend on factors such as the order currency, delivery method, order value, customer type and account configuration. The binding list of available payment methods is always displayed during checkout.
Traditional bank transfer
A traditional bank transfer is intended for customers who prefer to make the payment themselves using online banking, at a bank branch or through another bank transfer service.
After placing an order, the customer receives an email containing the bank account number, payment currency and amount to be paid. The order is released for processing after the payment has been credited to Melkib's account.
The order number should be entered in the payment reference. Customers must use the bank account and currency specified in the confirmation of the particular order.
Any bank fees or currency conversion costs depend on the customer's bank and the type of transfer selected.
Cash on delivery
For cash-on-delivery shipments, payment is made when the order is collected. Depending on the carrier, destination country and selected service, payment may be possible in cash, by card or through another method supported by the carrier.
When collecting a parcel from a parcel locker or collection point, the customer must use a method supported by the operator of the particular device or location.
Cash on delivery is not available for every country, delivery method or order value. Its availability is confirmed in the cart.
ING Pay online payments
Electronic payments are processed through the ING Pay payment gateway, previously known as imoje. After selecting an online payment, the customer is redirected to a secure form containing the methods available for the particular order.
The availability of a particular method may depend on the currency, amount, country, device, browser, customer's bank and the current technical availability of the payment channel.

PragmaPay is a purchase financing method intended for business customers. When the method is displayed in the cart, the customer can apply for financing for an order placed in PLN.
Depending on the offer presented by PragmaGO, the customer may be able to choose:
- deferred payment for 14, 30 or 60 days,
- payment in 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly instalments.
How does a PragmaPay payment work?
- The customer selects PragmaPay during checkout.
- The customer provides the required business details and completes the verification process conducted by PragmaGO.
- PragmaGO decides whether financing can be granted.
- Following a positive decision, PragmaGO transfers the amount due to the seller.
- The customer repays the amount directly to PragmaGO under the agreed terms.
The display of PragmaPay does not mean that financing has been automatically granted. The available limit, costs and repayment conditions are presented by PragmaGO before the financing is confirmed.
Melkib does not decide whether financing is granted and does not determine the customer's individual financing terms.
Payment refunds
A refund for an order paid for by card, electronic wallet or another ING Pay method is processed in accordance with the payment operator's rules. Funds are returned through the method associated with the original transaction.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear on the customer's account may depend on the payment operator, customer's bank and card issuer.
Refund of an order paid for with PragmaPay
Returning goods to Melkib does not automatically cancel or change the customer's obligation to PragmaGO. The financing is settled in accordance with the PragmaGO procedure.
Until the settlement has been confirmed, the customer should continue to comply with the payment dates and conditions specified by PragmaGO.
