Terms & conditions of the loyalty program
Benefits for registered customers
Melkib loyalty programme terms and conditions
Registered customers can collect loyalty points for purchases and product reviews. The points are assigned to the customer account and determine the permanent percentage discount available on future purchases. This page explains when points are credited, how they may be earned, the applicable discount thresholds and how long the accumulated points remain valid. To participate in the programme, the customer must have a registered account in the Melkib online store.
§ 1
Participation and crediting of points
Registered users can collect points in the loyalty programme. Points are credited when the goods are shipped.
If the customer returns a product, the points awarded for that product will be deducted from their account after the return has been accepted by the store.
§ 2
How can points be earned?
- 1 point for every PLN 10 spent;
- 1 point for submitting a product review.
§ 3
Benefits of participating in the loyalty programme
The points accumulated in the user’s account determine the permanent percentage discount applied to purchases in the store, according to the table below.

How long are the points valid?
Points are valid for 365 days from the date on which they are credited to the customer’s account.

Changes to the loyalty programme
Melkib Klus Raczek Limited Partnership reserves the right to make changes to the loyalty programme. Customers will be informed by email about any changes at least 30 days before they enter into force.
§ 6
Privacy and personal data processing
The personal data of customers participating in the loyalty programme are processed in accordance with the Melkib privacy policy.
