Lithium grease is a universal preparation based on lithium soap, creating a thin, durable coating on elements protecting against friction, corrosion, and moisture influence. At Melkib, you will find both classic white lithium grease and versions enriched with PTFE particles (white lithium grease with PTFE).
What is lithium grease and how does it work?
- Lithium grease is a mixture of base oil and lithium soap, creating a thick, stable emulsion.
- The lithium film reduces friction and protects metal against seizing.
- Corrosion inhibitors protect surfaces in humid and aggressive conditions.
- Formulas with PTFE further reduce friction resistance in extreme conditions.
