Acrylic and foam tapes find many applications in various works. Both types can also function as a strong steel tape.
Double-sided strong acrylic tape is used for gluing and bonding:
- synthetic;
- glass materials;
- ceramic products;
- furniture in the furniture industry;
- plexi;
- and polycarbonates;
- ABS materials;
- composite panels (dibond and others).
Acrylic tapes are also used for gluing large-area advertising materials, as well as when mounting the upper part of the body of passenger cars. Tapes of this type are a very good alternative to rivets or screws, which in some cases (for example in the furniture industry) may look unsightly.
In our store there are two colors of this type of tapes - double-sided acrylic tape black, gray and transparent tapes (colorless, transparent). Black acrylic tapes show high adhesive strength, resistance to shearing forces, useful when gluing difficult materials, especially powder-coated metal elements, synthetic rubber.
High-temperature acrylic tapes in gray work well when repairing passenger car components. They are resistant to heat, strongly bond the connected elements, and are resistant to corrosion. In turn, the double-sided transparent acrylic tape perfectly withstands ultraviolet radiation, chemical substances (strongly acidic or alkaline), as well as the effects of time.
Double-sided foam tapes have very similar applications. They are characterized by:
- high resistance to temperature changes;
- high durability;
- very high level of flexibility;
- high grip;
- the ability to adapt to any surface.
They are used for gluing and bonding many different materials, starting from glass and metal, ending with synthetic, wood and wood-like materials (plywood, boards, etc.). Foam tapes often appear in the assortment of builders (specifically finishers), thanks to which they can relatively easily assemble and install facade elements, mirrors or wooden panels (also decorative and made of synthetic materials), hangers and hooks. They are also used in the automotive industry.
We offer tapes of various widths and thicknesses, including:
- width from 10 to 28 mm;
- thickness from 0.5 to 1.1 mm;
- length 33 meters.
