Product description
PULSAR PAS -
Specialized release agent, for plastic processing injection molds. Easy to apply thanks to aerosol, colorless. Excellent release properties are mainly provided by silicone oil and a set of organic solvents. It is extremely pure, colorless. It has an antistatic effect and is an insulator, with good heat dissipation. After evaporation of the carrier components, it shows excellent temperature resistance. It has high physical and chemical resistance.
Application:
-A non-stick lubricant for injection molds of plastic processing and more.
-High quality, low viscosity lubricant for precision equipment and mechanisms. Displaces water excellent protection against corrosion and oxidation, preserves, does not stain. Suitable for use in paper and fabric production. Preserves plastics very well.
-Preparation against corrosion, highly resistant to water and weakly oxidizes. Not difficult to remove from surfaces.
-Highly resistant to temperatures, can be used in such conditions. Suitable for use at low temperatures, in freezers, in winter, etc. Difficult to remove from surfaces due to chemical resistance.
