LOCTITE Frekote 770-NC is a solvent-based transparent separating agent. It is a very fast-to-slip product that provides good slip for molds with problematic geometry. The universal adhesive is perfect for advanced frped polyester composites and parts.

Use
LOCTITE Frekote 770-NC is used in the separation of polyester resins, epoxy, vinyl, ester resins, rotationally formed plastics and many other polymers. The product performs particularly well in processes that are more difficult to separate and require faster curing.

Instructions for use
- before applying the product, properly prepare the surface by cleaning it from dust and remnants of previously used non-adhesive products
- LOCTITE Frekote 770-NC can be applied with a non-sleaking cloth, brush or spray method with a distance of 20 to 30 cm between the nozzle and the surface
- the surface should be covered with 4 layers of product at intervals of 10 min
- the product should be applied evenly with small fragments
- after applying the last layers, wait 10 minutes for its full curing
Storage
LOCTITE Frekote 770-NC has been classified as flammable. For this reason, it should be stored in accordance with current security rules. The product should be stored in dry and cool rooms in tightly closed containers. The optimum storage temperature of Frekote 770-NC is between 8 and 21 °C, and exceeding these limits can permanently change the properties of the product.
