LOCTITE Frekote 770-NC is a clear, solvent-based release agent. It is a very fast-drying product that provides good slip in the case of molds with problematic geometry. The universal release agent is perfect for advanced composites and FRP polyester parts.

Application
LOCTITE Frekote 770-NC is used to separate polyester resins, epoxies, vinyl, ester resins, rotationally molded plastics and many other polymers. The product works particularly well in processes that are more difficult to separate and require faster hardening.

Instructions for use
- before applying the product, properly prepare the surface by cleaning it from dust and remnants of previously used anti-adhesive products
- LOCTITE Frekote 770-NC can be applied using a non-pilling cloth, brush or by spraying, maintaining a distance of 20 to 30 cm between the nozzle and the surface
- the surface should be covered with 4 layers of the product at 10-minute intervals
- the product should be applied evenly in small fragments
- after applying the last layer, wait 10 minutes for it to fully harden
Storage
LOCTITE Frekote 770-NC is classified as a flammable product. Therefore, it should be stored in accordance with current safety regulations. The product should be stored in dry and cool rooms in tightly closed containers. The optimal storage temperature for Frekote 770-NC is from 8 to 21 °C, and exceeding these limits may permanently change the properties of the product.
