Properties

LOCTITE Frekote WOLO is a quick-drying and easy-to-use polymer separator that saves time and labor. It is enough to rub it into the selected surface and leave it to evaporate for a high gloss. The product does not require polishing. At the same time, it allows for multiple separation of polyester resins.

Use

LOCTITE Frekote WOLO is used wherever maximum efficiency is needed with minimal time and effort. The product is applied in a simple way that guarantees high gloss and does not require additional polishing of the mold.

Instructions for use

- the surface should be carefully cleaned of dust, residues of previously used anti-adhesive agents and thoroughly dried
- a clean, non-pilling cloth should be soaked in the WOLO product so that it is wet, but not draining
- a smooth and wet layer should be applied to the selected form. In the case of larger surfaces, it is recommended to apply the product to subsequent sections, proceeding from one end to the other
- the product should be rubbed for about 10 to 30 seconds, and each applied layer should be allowed to dry for 5 minutes. A total of 4 coatings should be applied
- if the cloth drys at this time, it should be discarded and take a new one. This will avoid resin overlapping on the mold
- wait 15 minutes for the last layer to cure

Storage

Frekote WOLO contains a flammable solvent and should therefore be stored in compliance with all current safety rules. The product should not be stored near oxidizing and flammable materials. WOLO frekote should be stored in a tightly closed container, in a dry place and at a temperature between 8 and 21 °C. Exceeding these limits may result in an irreversible change in the properties of the product.
