GREASEN SYNTEX HT 2 grease is an innovative, high-quality synthetic grease, based on advanced synthetic oil and a specially developed lithium thickener. Its unique composition includes additives that improve anti-wear, lubricity, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties, which makes it perfect for demanding working conditions.
Properties:
- Resistance to impact loads - the grease perfectly copes with work in conditions with high intensity of impacts, which contributes to extending the life of mechanical elements.
- Vibration resistance - effectively dampens vibrations, which translates into increased work comfort and reduced risk of failure.
- Dust protection - provides effective protection against high dust, thanks to which the mechanical components used are properly protected.
- Moisture resistance - protects against the harmful effects of moisture, which allows it to be used in places exposed to water or high humidity.
- Non-melting - the grease practically does not melt, which guarantees constant protection and long-term operation.
- Antistatic properties - prevents the accumulation of electrostatic charges, which increases work safety and protects electronic devices.
- Compatibility with elements made of copper alloys and elastomers - can be used to lubricate metal-plastic and metal-rubber connections, which increases its versatility.
Usage:
- Lubrication of heavily loaded and high-speed rolling and sliding bearings and other mechanisms operating in a wide range of temperatures from -50°C to +180°C.
- Intended for long-term and maintenance-free lubrication of various machines and devices operating at temperatures up to 130°C, without the need for additional replenishment during operation.
- Used in various industry sectors, such as metallurgy, cement, paper, electronic and electrotechnical industries.
