Description
Synthesin PDL 250/01 is a high-quality, synthetic grease created especially for the lubrication of electrical contacts. Provides protection and reliability in low temperature and low pressure conditions.
Properties:
- Suitable for operation at very low temperatures.
- Provides effective protection against corrosion.
- It is in the form of a homogeneous, short-fibrous mass of beige color.
- It is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures, from -60°C to 125°C.
- It has a low base oil viscosity.
Application:
- Synthesin PDL 250/01 is intended for the lubrication of electrical contacts, especially those operating at low temperatures and low pressure, such as commutators in small electric motors.
- Suitable for all standard contact materials.
How to use:
- Before applying Synthesin PDL 250/01, remove any anti-surface agents, waxes and other contaminants from the parts to be lubricated to ensure maximum effectiveness of the lubricant.
- Lubricate metallic surfaces using a brush, printing pad or other automatic dosing systems.
- Due to the different compositions of elastomers and plastics, it is recommended to check compatibility with Synthesin PDL 250/01.
