Description

SikaLastomer-710 black 310 ml is a professional butyl-based sealant paste, ideal for sealing joints in automotive, bus, truck and camper industries. Its butyl formulation provides long-lasting, flexible protection against water and weathering.

Storage Recommendations

Store in a dry place at +5 °C to +30 °C, protected from direct sunlight and frost.

Instructions for Use

  1. Prepare surfaces – clean, dry, free of dust, grease and oil.
  2. Insert cartridge into a manual or pneumatic gun.
  3. Apply between 10–35 °C, avoiding air entrapment.
  4. Smooth joint with soapy water before skin-over (10–20 min).
  5. Removal: scrape off from smooth surfaces after curing; mechanically remove from porous substrates.
  6. Wash hands with Sika Cleaner-350H and water; do not use solvents on skin.
  7. Can be overcoated with water-based paints after compatibility testing.
