Description

Klüberpaste 46 MR 401 is a versatile lubricating paste, based on precisely selected base oils, lithium soap and special solid greases, designed for use in conditions requiring high loads and specialized lubrication.

Properties:

Facilitates assembly and disassembly, even in the case of elements that fit tightly and are highly loaded.
Offers protection against fretting corrosion and stick-slip, preventing premature wear of materials.
Universal, works well in contact with various materials, including non-ferrous metals, plastics and elastomers.
It is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures and the ability to carry heavy loads.

Application:

Ideal as an assembly paste for highly loaded, tight-fitting joints.
Useful in lubricating elements that are exposed to intense loads, low travel speeds and high friction wear.
Applications include the production of screws, rolling of bearing rings and the lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings operating at low rotational speed.

How to use:

Before applying the grease, the lubricated surfaces should be clean and any solvent residues removed.
The paste is easy to spread, it should be applied in a thin layer, avoiding excessive application of the product.
When using the paste on plastics, it is recommended to carry out compatibility/tolerance tests.
