Description

Kluberpaste ME 31-52 is an innovative white-beige lubricating paste, formulated on the basis of mineral oil, calcium soap and organic solid lubricants. It is a product designed to meet the requirements of specialized assembly applications and friction nodes with small displacements but high loads.

Properties:

Optimizes lubrication costs by applying a thin layer of the product.
Provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion, helping to reduce clamping forces and screw tightening torques.
It has good ability to carry heavy loads, enabling precise positioning of tools and details in machine tools.

Application:

Ideal for applications in the assembly of friction connections, such as connections with disc springs or compression sleeves.
Recommended in particular for lubricating collets in tool holders, which translates into high precision and uniform distribution of clamping forces.
Improves the movement of moving elements in machine tool holders, which translates into increased precision and reliability of mountings.

How to use:

Before applying the paste, the surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and degreased.
The paste should be applied in a thin and uniform layer, using a brush or a lint-free cloth, avoiding excessive rubbing.
