Description

SikaGard-6220 amber 1 L is a spray-applied, highly penetrating wax solution designed to protect closed vehicle profiles and cavities against corrosion. It forms a durable, flexible coating that resists water, road salt and weathering.

Storage Recommendations

Store in a dry place at +5 °C to +25 °C, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed.

Instructions for Use

Clean, degrease and dry all surfaces.
Shake container ~40 times before use.
Spray with an airless gun (3–6 bar) from about 25 cm in a cross-hatch pattern.
For additional thickness, re-spray after the first coat has dried.
Mask brakes, exhaust and engine components.
Remove uncured wax with Sika Remover-208; cured film only mechanical removal.
Clean tools and skin with SikaCleaner-350H and water.
