Description

SikaGard®-6220S amber C292 500 ml is a spray-applied, high-penetration wax solution designed to protect enclosed vehicle body profiles against corrosion. With exceptional crawl ability, it penetrates fine cavities to form a durable, flexible barrier resistant to water, road salt, and weathering.

Instructions for Use

  1. Clean, degrease and dry all surfaces; remove rust, dust and oil.
  2. Shake the can vigorously (approx. 40 times) before use.
  3. Apply with an airless spray gun (3–6 bar) from about 25 cm, using a cross-hatch motion.
  4. If necessary, apply additional coats after the previous layer is fully dry.
  5. Mask off brake components, exhaust and engine parts before spraying.
  6. Remove uncured product with Sika® Remover-208; cured film must be removed mechanically.
  7. Clean tools and skin with Sika® Cleaner-350H and water.

Storage Recommendations

Store in a dry place at +5 °C to +25 °C. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed in its original packaging.
