Description

SikaGard-6060 black 1 L is a spray-applied thixotropic bituminous coating designed to protect vehicle underbodies from corrosion and road noise. It forms a durable, flexible film resistant to salt and moisture.

Storage Recommendations

Store in a dry place at +5 to +25 °C, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed.

Instructions for Use

Clean, degrease and dry all surfaces.
Shake container approximately 40 times before use.
Apply with an airless spray gun (3–6 bar) from 25 cm in a cross-hatch pattern.
For thicker build, allow previous coat to dry before re-spraying.
Mask off brakes, exhaust and engine components.
Remove uncured material with Sika Remover-208; cured film only mechanical removal.
Clean tools and skin with Sika Cleaner-350H and water.
