Product description
BENTOMOS 23 is a unique, high-temperature grease produced on the basis of thickened, highly refined mineral oils, which has been enriched with hydrophobized bentonite with quaternary amines. The addition of molybdenum disulfide with a grain size of less than 5µm provides additional lubricating and anti-wear properties. BENTOMOS 23 is characterized by infusibility and resistance to water, thanks to which it works well in demanding working conditions.
Properties:
- High temperature grease based on highly refined mineral oils
- Reinforced with bentonite hydrophobized with quaternary amines
- Contains the addition of molybdenum disulfide with a grain size of less than 5µm
- Non-fusible and water resistant
- Provides good lubricity and anti-wear protection
Applications:
- Lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings
- Use on rubbing surfaces with a constant operating temperature above 100°C, mainly in the range of 120-200°C, and with sufficiently frequent replacement or replenishment - up to about 220°C
- Recommended for use with high, especially impact loads
- Not recommended for low torque driven bearings and bearings with low radial clearance
Storage method:
- Store in tightly closed containers
- Store in a dry, cool and shady place, away from sources of heat and light
- Avoid contact with fire and flammable materials
- Keep away from children and pets
- Use in accordance with the instructions for use and safety regulations
