Divinol 6944 Corrosion inhibitor

CHARACTERISTICS

- miscible with water
- contains primary amines
- corresponds to the German technical standard TRGS 611

APPLICATION

Use when the pH value drops as a result of the action of microorganisms. INHIBITOR 6944 should be used in combination with biocides if the biocide does not raise the pH value above 8.8. This will ensure better corrosion protection.

Working concentration

For amine-containing coolants: 0.1% leads to a pH increase of 0.3
For amine-free coolants:: 0.05% leads to a pH increase of 0.4
