Fast Dry screw protection varnish is a highly efficient product designed for quick and effective protection of screw connections. This varnish is characterized by extremely fast drying, excellent anti-slip properties and good adhesion, which makes it an ideal solution for many industrial and technical applications.
Properties:
- Ideal for quickly securing and continuing work.
- It has anti-flow properties, which ensures even coverage without the risk of dripping.
- It is non-conductive, safe for electrical and electronic applications.
- Effective in protection against water, oil, gasoline and diluted acids and alkalis.

Application:
- Lacquer is used to indicate whether a bolted connection or component has become loose.
- Torque loosening indicator - Indicator for immediate detection of loosening/unscrewing of safety-sensitive screw connections.
- Visual Inspection Mark - Indicates that the bolted connection has been properly tightened or inspected.
- Assignment indicator - Indicates which point in the production chain (e.g. production, assembly, maintenance) was the last to work on a given element.
