Product description
Greasen Grafit is a unique calcium grease, developed on the basis of mineral oil with a viscosity of 150 mm2/s at 40°C, enriched with a minimum of 10% natural graphite. It is distinguished by water resistance, which makes it ideal for places exposed to humidity. This grease is not intended for the lubrication of car components, with the exception of springs. It should not be used in rolling bearings and other precision mechanisms.
Properties:
- Based on calcium soap: Provides excellent mechanical and thermal stability
- Contains 10% natural graphite: improves lubricating properties and increases resistance to high pressure and temperature
- Water resistance: resistant to water washout, which makes lubrication long-lasting and reliable
- Not recommended for rolling bearings and other precision mechanisms: Due to its formulation, the grease is not suitable for lubricating precision mechanisms
- Ease of application: spreads easily on surfaces, which facilitates the lubrication process
- High adhesion: has good adhesion to metal surfaces for optimal protection against friction and corrosion
- Wide range of applications: works well in various industries and automotive industries, especially where resistance to water and difficult working conditions is required
- Good protection against wear: The grease effectively protects components from excessive wear, which translates into longer life of machines and devices
Usage:
- Lubrication of car springs
- Greasing fifth wheels in trucks
- Lubrication of open gears, worm gears, screw threads exposed to corrosion, chains and other friction nodes with heavy loads, operating at temperatures from -20°C to +60°C
- Use as assembly lubricant
