Product description
HPX HIGH TACK silver self-adhesive discs Ø30 mm – nominally 4000 pcs for KLT labels
Self-adhesive discs with a diameter of 30 mm made from HPX HIGH TACK material are a practical solution for fixing labels and markings, including on KLT containers. The discs are supplied on sheets or liners, allowing quick application without cutting tape by hand.
The product is offered as an outlet item with a slight production defect at a correspondingly reduced price.
What does the defect involve?
The package is nominally marked as containing 4000 pieces, however individual positions on the sheet may be missing a disc. In some cases a disc may also be incorrectly adhered or stuck in a way that makes it unsuitable for use.
For this reason the actual number of usable discs may be slightly lower than the nominal 4000 pieces. The defect is reflected in the reduced price.
Applications
The discs are intended primarily for quick fixing of labels and markings in logistics, warehousing, production and organisation of KLT containers. The ready-cut circular format eliminates the need to cut tape manually.
The HPX HIGH TACK base material combines a cloth carrier with a polyethylene coating and a high-tack natural rubber adhesive, making it suitable for everyday technical applications in logistics, warehousing and production.
Key features
30 mm diameter – ready-to-use format for fast application.
Nominally 4000 pieces – economical packaging for repetitive applications.
HIGH TACK adhesive – strong natural rubber-based adhesive.
0.30 mm cloth carrier – durable construction with polyethylene coating.
Outlet product – reduced price due to occasional missing or incorrectly adhered discs.
Application
The surface should be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants before application. Avoid touching the exposed adhesive surface. After positioning the disc, press it firmly onto the substrate.
The recommended application temperature is from +5°C to +35°C. Full bonding performance is reached after approximately 24 hours at +23°C.

FAQ
Does the package contain exactly 4000 usable discs?
This is not guaranteed. The package is nominally marked as containing 4000 pieces, but the product is sold as an outlet item with a slight defect. Individual discs may be missing or incorrectly adhered and therefore unsuitable for use.
What are the discs intended for?
The main application is fixing labels and markings, including on KLT containers in warehouses, logistics and production.
Do the discs need to be cut before use?
No. Each element is already die-cut into a 30 mm circular disc.
How should the surface be prepared?
The surface should be clean, dry and degreased. Press the disc firmly after application.
Why is the product cheaper?
The reduced price reflects the slight production defect involving occasional missing or incorrectly adhered discs.
