Opis produktu
B. Braun Injekt Luer Solo 2 ml – precision 2-part syringe with Luer connection
B. Braun Injekt Luer Solo 2 ml is a sterile single-use two-part syringe with a centrally positioned Luer connection. Its small nominal capacity and precise 0.1 ml graduation allow convenient control of small liquid volumes.
The transparent barrel with clear black graduation and green plunger facilitates visual inspection of the contents and accurate volume reading. The nominal capacity is 2 ml, while the graduated scale extends up to 3 ml. The syringe is supplied without a needle in an individual sterile package.
Why choose the 2 ml version?
The 2 ml version is suitable when more accurate control of small liquid volumes is required than with larger syringes. The 0.1 ml graduation provides considerably finer volume control than the 10 ml version, which has a 0.5 ml graduation.
The small barrel diameter, centrally positioned Luer connection and clearly readable scale make the 2 ml version particularly useful where precise control of the amount of liquid drawn up or delivered is important.
Luer connection – easy selection of compatible equipment
Injekt Luer Solo uses a standard Luer connection. In the 2 ml model, the tip is positioned centrally in relation to the barrel axis, which distinguishes this version from larger Injekt Luer Solo variants with an eccentric tip.
This is not a Luer Lock version with a threaded locking mechanism. When selecting an additional component, make sure that it is suitable for the corresponding Luer connection and the specific intended application.
Applications of B. Braun Injekt Luer Solo
B. Braun classifies Injekt Luer Solo as a sterile two-part single-use medical syringe. According to the manufacturer, it is intended for aspiration and administration of fluids in combination with appropriate medical devices, for preparing infusion solutions and for withdrawing fluids and tissues using suitable equipment.
The product is included in the Melkib range of dispensing components due to its design, small capacity, precise graduated scale and standard Luer connection. As a medical device, however, it should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and intended purpose.

2 ml or 10 ml – which version should you choose?
The 2 ml version is the better choice when precise control of small liquid volumes is the priority and a fine 0.1 ml graduation is required.
If a larger working volume is more important, the Injekt Luer Solo 10 ml version may be more suitable. It has a larger barrel and a 0.5 ml graduation. Both products belong to the same B. Braun product family but are intended for different volume ranges.
What should be checked before use?
Before use, check the integrity of the individual sterile packaging and the expiry date shown on the packaging of the specific product batch. Do not use the product if the packaging is open or damaged.
The syringe is intended for single use only. It must not be reused or resterilised.
