Description

Grafloscon CA Ultra Spray is a graphite grease that is characterized by increased adhesion, based on mineral oil with a diluent and a high content of solid lubricants, including fine-grained graphite. 400 ml spray packaging, facilitates the application of the lubricant.

Properties:

  • The product has a paste-like structure.
  • It is black in color.
  • Based on mineral oil with the addition of fine-grained graphite and aluminum soap.
  • Does not contain harmful bituminous substances, heavy metals, chlorine or chlorofluorocarbons (CFC).
  • The product is easy and hassle-free to apply thanks to the spray packaging.
  • Resistant to high loads.
  • Provides protection against corrosion.
  • Useful when assembling various components.
  • Does not contain any harmful substances.
  • Suitable for checking the dynamic image of the load capacity of machine parts.

Application:

  • For lubrication of small, open gears (cylindrical and bevel).
  • Ideal for rolling and sliding guides.
  • Used on crankset raceways.
  • Suitable for lubricating actuating drives and spindles.
  • Can be used for external lubrication, even in contact with water and at high temperatures (except pulleys and driving ropes).

How to use:

  • The product should be used directly from the packaging.
  • Do not expose the grease to direct heat (sunlight, radiators, open flame, etc.).
