Kluber Lamura D 220 are advanced oils designed specifically for the lubrication of heavily loaded slides and guides, offering optimization and performance in difficult operating conditions, such as low sliding speeds, numerous starts and stops and vibrations.
Properties:
- Minimizes the risk of deposits and stick-slip phenomena at low sliding speeds.
- Exhibits good separating properties in contact with water cooling agents.
- Offers optimal values of adhesion coefficients, even in difficult conditions.
- Provides effective lubrication, even under heavy loads, and good surface wetting ability.
Application:
- Optimal for use, especially on plastic-coated guides and slides.
- It works well in machining centers, lathes, milling machines and other machine tools, ensuring precise and smooth operation.
How to use:
- Can be applied using a grease gun or central lubrication system.
- Good miscibility with aqueous coolants, making them suitable for use in a variety of applications where contact with aqueous coolants is unavoidable.
