Kluberplex GE 11-680 is a unique mineral oil and aluminum complex soap grease designed to provide optimal protection and performance in harsh industrial environments.
Properties:
- Highly adhesive grease, which provides excellent adhesion to various surfaces.
- Constructed to withstand high pressures and loads, ensuring longer life and less wear on components.
- Contains additives that effectively protect against corrosion, wear and oxidation.
- Contains no solvents or lead-containing raw materials, making it more environmentally friendly and safe to use.
- Proven and tested (FZG Test - SKS mashing force level 12), guaranteeing its exceptional performance and reliability.
Application:
- Ideal for the lubrication of open and closed spur and bevel gears, lead screws, sliding and rail guides, and large chain gears.
- It can also be used to lubricate plain bearings and components operating at elevated temperatures.
How to use:
- It is preferred in gear ring lubrication applications, and is compatible with automatic lubrication systems.
- It can also be applied manually, using a brush or a specialized spray device, providing versatile application options.
- For low peripheral speeds (< 3 m/s), splash lubrication is also possible.
