Klubersynth EG 4-220 is a high-performance synthetic gear oil that guarantees optimal protection and extended service life of various types of gears. Based on polyalphaolefins, this oil is designed to meet the requirements of a variety of gear systems while ensuring energy efficiency and reduced maintenance costs.
Properties:
- The oil offers protection against scuffing even under extremely high loads.
- Protects transmission components, helping to achieve life expectancy.
- Longer service life compared to mineral oils, resistant to aging and oxidation.
- Wide operating temperature range, thanks to good viscosity at various temperatures.
Application:
- Designed mainly for the lubrication of heavily loaded gears, bevel and planetary gears as well as worm gears.
- It can also be used to lubricate plain and rolling bearings, various types of gear couplings, chains, guides, joints, spindles and pumps.
How to use:
- Application methods - can be used by immersion, circulation or injection.
- Compatibility - it is miscible with mineral oils, but for full performance, the residue of previously used oil should not exceed 5%.
- Instructions regarding viscosity - follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding the selection of the appropriate viscosity.
