Klubersynth UH1 6-100 is an advanced synthetic gear oil designed to meet the challenges of highly loaded industrial gears. It is used especially in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, offering unique lubricating and protective properties.

Properties:

  • It is NSF H1 registered and certified according to ISO 21469, which confirms that it is safe in case of accidental contact with food products.
  • Offers exceptional protection against scratches and wear on gears and rolling bearings.
  • Exhibits high resistance to micropitting and excellent shear stability.
  • Optimized for the lubrication of worm gears.
  • It is characterized by excellent resistance to aging and oxidation.
  • Provides effective lubrication over a wide range of operating temperatures.
  • It is characterized by a low tendency to foam and saves energy by optimizing friction.

Application:

  • Ideal for the lubrication of highly loaded spur, bevel and planetary gears.
  • Can be used in rolling and plain bearings and in various types of gear couplings.
  • Specially developed for the lubrication of worm gears.

How to use:

  • Klubersynth UH1 6-100 can be applied by various methods, such as immersion, circulation, injection or automatic oil dispensers.
  • Before use, it is recommended to clean the lubrication points and flush the gearbox with Klubersynth UH1 6-100 oil.
  • The oil is not miscible with mineral oils or other synthetic hydrocarbons.
