Körabond HG 83 1l
Körabond HG 83 is a high-quality primer used as a preparation for surfaces before gluing with single-component polyurethane (PUR) and polyoxypropene (POP) adhesives. This product increases adhesion and moisture resistance in gluing processes, which ensures durability and strength of connections.
Application
- Preparation of metal surfaces (aluminum, steel, copper, brass, zinc, tin)
- Primer for gluing plastics (ABS, rigid PVC, PA, GRP, SMC, PUR)
- Used for painted surfaces, coated glass, ceramics and enamel
- Ideal for preparing the substrate before applying flexible adhesives and sealants

Storage and use recommendations
- Store at temperatures above +10°C in originally sealed containers
- Shelf life is 12 months from the date of production
- Before application, surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease
- After applying the primer, surfaces should be glued within 24 hours
- If this time is exceeded, the primer must be reapplied
