Körabond HG 83 1l

Körabond HG 83 is a high-quality primer used as a preparation for surfaces before gluing with single-component polyurethane (PUR) and polyoxypropene (POP) adhesives. This product increases adhesion and moisture resistance in gluing processes, which ensures durability and strength of connections.

Application

Preparation of metal surfaces (aluminum, steel, copper, brass, zinc, tin)
Primer for gluing plastics (ABS, rigid PVC, PA, GRP, SMC, PUR)
Used for painted surfaces, coated glass, ceramics and enamel
Ideal for preparing the substrate before applying flexible adhesives and sealants

Storage and use recommendations

Store at temperatures above +10°C in originally sealed containers
Shelf life is 12 months from the date of production
Before application, surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease
After applying the primer, surfaces should be glued within 24 hours
If this time is exceeded, the primer must be reapplied
