Properties
Loctite 270 is a difficult to disassemble one-component means for securing threads against unscrewing. Prevents bolts, dowels and nuts from unscrewing under the influence of vibrations. It works on all types of metals. The product tolerates slight surface contamination by industrial oils. In order to dismantle the elements, the connection should be heated to 300 °C.

Instructions for use
- For best results, clean and de-deast with Loctite 7063
- Shake the package before use
- Apply the product as a few drops to the initial thread turns
- Assemble the connector (the actuator can be used to accelerate curing)
- Install the connection as required
Disassembly possible with the use of hand tools. With large threads, heat the connection to approx. 300 °C.
Storage
Store in dry and cool rooms at temperatures between +8ºC and 21°C. Storage below +8°C or above +28°C may irreversibly change the properties of the product
