Properties

LOCTITE PC 7257 is a fast-establishing system for repairing concrete and filling its cavities. Acting on the basis of magnesium phosphate, it quickly hardens and adheres to most construction materials, such as:
- steel
- wood
- old concrete
- fresh concrete
LOCTITE PC 7257 is a two-component system that cures much faster than concrete, and due to the lack of water addition, it can be used at any temperature. The product perfectly tolerates temperatures from -26 ºC to +1090 ºC.

Use

LOCTITE PC 7257 has many applications and is designed primarily for repairs of high concrete walls, loading docks, runways, industrial cooling roads, concrete columns, car park structure connectors or bridge roadways.

Instructions for use

- the surface must be clean, free from loose deposits, oily substances and other impurities. Remove stagnant water from it (the surface may be damp)
- in order to mix the product, add the filler to the activator in a ratio of 1: 5 and mix well
- in the case of repairing deep gaps, pea gravel should be added to the Magna-Crete mixture in the right proportions
- for applications below 7 ºC or above 29 ºC, it is recommended to use a suitable mixture: COLD WEATHER MIX or HOT WEATHER MIX
- near the place of application, you should have prepared water to wash the mixer and tools before the material hardens (9 - 15 min at 20 ºC)

Storage

Store in closed containers in dry and cool rooms at a temperature of 8 to 21 ºC. Storage at too low or too high a temperature may irreversibly change the properties of the product.
