Description
MOLYKOTE G-67 Grease 1 kg is an extreme-pressure lubricating grease for spur gears, linear guides, chains and shaft–hub connections. It offers high load-carrying capacity, strong wear protection and excellent resistance to fretting corrosion across a wide service temperature range.

Properties and applications
- Applications: gear systems, load chains, shims, springs, shaft–hub fits, encapsulated joints and linear motion guides.
- Plastics: potential compatibility—run in-house tests for swelling, stress-cracking and hardness change before series use.
- Application: apply like standard greases (brush, spatula, grease gun or centralized system); do not mix with other greases.
- Composition: mineral oil, lithium soap, adhesion improver and solid lubricants.

Storage recommendations
Store in original tightly closed containers in a cool, dry place. To keep 60-month shelf life, store at ≤ 20 °C; in general, 0–50 °C is acceptable. Keep away from strong oxidisers. Provide general ventilation; spilled grease is very slippery.
