WIKO MS POLYMER HIGH TACK White 600 ml — adhesive for mounting heavy components
WIKO MS POLYMER HIGH TACK is a one-component, elastic MS polymer mounting adhesive with high initial grab. It facilitates bonding heavy components, including on vertical surfaces. The adhesive cures through moisture and forms a flexible bond that dampens vibration. Bonded components must remain secured until the adhesive has fully cured.
Applications
Suitable for industrial and trade mounting work, including bonding:
- skirting boards, profiles, panels and finishing components;
- frames, beams and insulation boards;
- mirrors and natural stone, including marble and granite;
- metal components and porous materials such as concrete;
- components used in vehicle bodies, trailers and containers.
Check adhesion and compatibility with the specific substrate before use.

Product selection and application
Surfaces must be clean and free from dust, oil and grease. Apply using a dispensing gun suitable for 600 ml foil packs and join the components before skin formation. Do not apply in isolated spots. The recommended adhesive layer thickness is 2–3 mm.
The product is not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene or bituminous substrates. Do not use for sealing joints or in applications involving continuous water exposure. High initial grab does not replace securing components until full cure.

Storage
Store tightly closed in the original packaging in a dry, cool and dark place at +5°C to +25°C. Protect from excessive heat and temperatures below +5°C. Check the expiry date on the packaging.

Can a heavy component be left unsupported?
High initial grab assists assembly, but the manufacturer recommends securing bonded components until full cure.
Is this adhesive suitable for polyethylene or polypropylene?
No. PE and PP are excluded substrates.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, in suitable applications. It resists UV and weather exposure but is not intended for continuous contact with water.
Can the adhesive bond be painted?
Painting is permitted after skin formation. Test compatibility with the selected paint before use.
Does the pack fit a standard cartridge gun?
The MSPHTW.B600 variant requires a dispensing gun suitable for a 600 ml foil pack.
