Melkib MPS1K30 manual dispensing gun for 30 ml syringes
Description
Melkib MPS1K30 manual dispensing gun for 30 ml syringes
Melkib MPS1K30 is a manual dispensing gun designed for compatible 30 ml single-component industrial syringes. It supports precise and controlled application of adhesives, greases, pastes and other materials supplied in syringes.
The gun is equipped with a trigger mechanism and a plunger rod that acts on the syringe piston. The operator does not have to press the syringe piston directly by hand, improving working comfort and supporting more consistent material application.
Applications of the Melkib MPS1K30
The gun can be used for production, assembly, repair and servicing tasks that require manual dispensing of small quantities of material.
Typical applications include dispensing:
- single-component adhesives,
- technical greases,
- assembly pastes,
- soldering pastes,
- gels and other materials supplied in compatible 30 ml syringes.
The dispenser can be used in electronics, automotive applications, industrial production, servicing, construction and manual workshop operations.
Key features of the MPS1K30
Its lightweight construction supports tasks involving repeated material dispensing. The shaped handle and trigger mechanism enable one-handed operation, while the plunger rod transfers pressure to the syringe piston.
Controlled dispensing helps reduce accidental over-application, limit material waste and maintain a cleaner workstation.
The gun requires no compressed air, electrical power or batteries. It can be used at production stations, in workshops and during work away from a fixed workstation.
When to choose the Melkib MPS1K30
Choose the MPS1K30 when the material is supplied in a compatible 30 ml industrial syringe and manual application is required.
The gun is particularly suitable for:
- manual assembly,
- repair and servicing work,
- testing and prototyping,
- short production runs,
- applications using a dispensing needle or tip fitted to the syringe.
Points to check before purchase
The gun is intended for 30 ml syringes. Before purchase, verify that the syringe flange and piston are compatible with the gun holder and plunger rod.
The MPS1K30 is not intended for 50 or 55 ml syringes. A dispenser with confirmed compatibility should be selected for 30 and 55 ml syringe sizes.
How to use the Melkib MPS1K30
- Retract the plunger rod to create space for the syringe.
- Insert a compatible 30 ml syringe into the gun holder.
- Move the plunger rod forward until it reaches the syringe piston.
- Fit a suitable dispensing needle or tip to the syringe.
- Press the trigger while controlling the amount of material applied.
- Release the pressure and remove the syringe after use.
Select the needle or dispensing tip diameter according to the material viscosity and the required dot or bead size.

FAQ
Does the MPS1K30 accept 50 or 55 ml syringes?
No. The MPS1K30 is designed for compatible 30 ml industrial syringes.
Does the gun require compressed air?
No. It is a manual gun and requires no compressed air, electrical power or batteries.
Can dispensing needles be used?
Yes. A suitable dispensing needle or tip is fitted to the syringe. Its size should be selected according to the material viscosity and the required application accuracy.
Can the gun dispense two-component materials?
The gun is designed for one 1K syringe. It is not intended for simultaneously dispensing two components from a two-component cartridge.
Which materials can be applied?
It can be used for adhesives, greases, pastes and other materials supplied in a compatible 30 ml syringe, provided that their viscosity allows manual dispensing.
