Mobil DTE 10 Excel 32 20L high performance hydraulic oil viscosity ISO 32
Description
The Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series is formulated with high-quality base oils and special additives for a wide range of applications. These products have excellent thermal stability and antioxidant properties, enabling extended oil life and reduced deposit formation in hydraulic systems operating under extreme conditions using high-performance high-pressure pumps. Innovative system-keeping features help protect the most sensitive parts of the system from failure, such as servo valves and proportional valves used in many hydraulic systems. The shear resistance and high viscosity index allow it to operate over a wide temperature range, maintaining maximum hydraulic efficiency and the highest protection of parts, both at high and low temperatures. Exceptional air release properties provide additional protection in short residence time systems to avoid cavitation damage and micro-carbonization. This zinc-free anti-wear formulation offers a high degree of protection in gear, vane and piston pumps while minimizing the build-up of deposits. In addition, Mobil DTE 10 Excel is neither acutely nor chronically toxic to the aquatic environment (per GHS criteria and OECD tests).
Usage
• Hydraulic systems in industrial and mobile devices operating in critical conditions of high pressures and temperatures
• Hydraulic systems prone to deposit formation, such as advanced computer controlled numerical control (CNC) machines, especially where low clearance servo valves are used
• Systems where cold start-up and high operating temperatures are typical
• Systems requiring high load capacity and protection against wear
• Machines with many components made of different metals
