Mobilgrease  FM 101 and FM 222 are high-quality plastic greases with versatile applications, intended in particular for the lubrication of machines used in food processing. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 greases are formulated with components that meet the requirements of Chapter 21 CFR 178.3570 and are NSF H1 registered greases. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 greases are manufactured in ISO 22000 certified facilities that also meet the requirements of ISO 21469, helping to maintain the highest level of product quality.

Machines used in food processing often operate in various operating conditions, characterized by extreme temperatures (ovens and freezers), as well as a high degree of contamination from water, steam and cleaning agents. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 greases are versatile and provide excellent lubrication under all of the above conditions. In addition, they have excellent water resistance and withstand frequent periodic rinsing and cleaning operations in the process industry. Corrosion protection is essential in the food industry. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 greases are formulated with an excellent anti-corrosion additive system which, together with water washout protection, provides corrosion protection. The combination of selected base oils with a high shear strength thickener provides adequate lubrication over a wide range of speeds, loads and temperatures. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 greases operate over a wide range of loads, providing adequate anti-wear protection also under shock loads.
