Molykote 3400 A AFC Loadfree
Molykote 3400 A AFC Loadfree is a high performance heat-cured Anti-Friction Coating designed for use in metal/metal applications where slow to medium-speed movements and medium to heavy loads occur. Thanks to its excellent adhesion to metals and high load-bearing capacity, this product is ideal for applications requiring long-term lubrication and protection against wear.

- Permanent lubrication and simultaneous protection against corrosion of friction contacts exposed to high loads and low speeds
- Used where oils or greases cannot be used for technical reasons or due to the risk of contamination
- Ideal for applications in the aerospace, automotive and machinery industries

Storage and handling recommendations
- Store at temperatures between 0°C and 23°C in original sealed containers
- Shelf life is 24 months from date of production
- Clean and degrease surfaces thoroughly before application
- It is recommended sandblasting or phosphating to increase adhesion and durability of the coating
- The product should be applied by spraying, immersion or dip-spin and then cured for 30 minutes at 200°C or 60 minutes at 150°C

Before using the product, read the Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). The product should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and occupational health and safety regulations. During application, appropriate personal protective equipment should be used to avoid contact with eyes and skin.
