MOLYKOTE BR-2 Plus 1 kg – MoS2 grease for high loads
MOLYKOTE BR-2 Plus High Performance Grease is a high-performance mineral-oil-based grease thickened with lithium soap and containing molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) and other solid lubricants. It is designed for metal-to-metal contacts with slow to fast movements, particularly under medium and high loads.
Applications of MOLYKOTE BR-2 Plus
The grease is designed for long-term lubrication of machine parts and mechanisms exposed to high loads and wear. The manufacturer lists applications including rolling and plain bearings, slide and roller guides, ball joints, splined shafts and threaded spindles.

Storage
To maintain the stated shelf life, store the product in its original unopened container at a temperature not exceeding 20°C. Under these conditions, the manufacturer specifies a shelf life of 60 months from the date of manufacture.

The product is classified as causing serious eye damage (H318) and as harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects (H412). Eye or face protection should be used, release to the environment should be avoided, and the recommendations in the current safety data sheet should be followed. MOLYKOTE BR-2 Plus is not regulated as dangerous goods under ADR/RID, IMDG or IATA.
